This extraordinary moment unfolded during an Afterlife takeover, with German melodic techno powerhouse Kevin De Vries at the helm. The event saw him share the stage with other Afterlife signature artists such as Tale of Us and Fideles, making it a gathering of melodic techno’s finest.

What took this night to another level was the moment Kevin De Vries dropped TPSY’s track ‘Bambina’, which sent the crowd into an electrifying frenzy. The fusion of TPSY’s signature sound with the masterful mixing of Kevin De Vries created quite the moment for this attendance, as well as for the Maltese DJ himself.

As TPSY’s name continues to reverberate through international circuits, it becomes evident that the global music community is recognising and celebrating local talent and our geographical position should not be seen as a barrier.

What do you think of the track?

The final stages of construction for the new Operations Centre for the Armed Forces of Malta are underway, encompassing emergency operations like search and rescue, military actions, and countering criminal activities.

Prime Minister Robert Abela, during a visit to this state-of-the-art facility, highlighted the government’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing public safety.

The project, funded with €5 million, co-financed by EU funds, ensures the disciplined forces can continue their duties effectively.

The investment guarantees top-notch security services, tailored to meet the needs of a modern nation. The centre is designed to function seamlessly under various circumstances, including earthquake resilience.

It encompasses four key functions: Joint Military Operations Centre, Rescue Coordination Centre, National Coordination Centre, and vessel traffic coordination around Malta’s coast.

Abela emphasized that the government’s investment extends to the workforce, allowing them to form a union, and collective agreements for the disciplined forces have already been signed. The aim of these infrastructure and human resource investments is to foster safer communities and stand in solidarity with the disciplined forces.

Abela commended the AFM for their daily efforts, noting their expanded presence and effectiveness within communities, enabled by modern resources for swift emergency response. He also acknowledged their international contributions in recent weeks, extending assistance beyond Malta’s borders.
