Birkirkara midfielder Alex Satariano has been named LifeStar’s Most Valuable Player for October, highlighting a standout month for the Malta international.
Satariano, who began his football journey as a left-back with Luxol, has evolved into a versatile, advanced midfielder, becoming a critical asset for Birkirkara.
In October, Satariano was instrumental in securing victories for the Stripes in the 360Sports Malta Premier League, playing a key role in their wins over Sliema Wanderers (1-0), Hamrun Spartans (3-2), and Gzira United (1-0).
His impactful performances earned him 15 out of 33 votes cast by stakeholders, placing him ahead of Hibernians forward Jurgen Degabriele, who came in second with eight votes.
LifeStar Insurance CEO Roberto Apap Bologna presented the MVP award to Satariano before Birkirkara’s match against Floriana.
