This weekend, carnival celebrations kicked off across the Maltese islands, filling the streets with colour, music, and dance.
Valletta is full of energy and this will continue until Wednesday, filling up the five days before lent.
Il-Karnival ta’ Malta 2026 is organised by Festivals Malta, with support from the Ministry for Culture, Lands, and Local Government, and sponsored by Fanta, PAL Ltd u MCP Car Park.
