267 Apartments And 300 Garages In Ħal Farruġ, Forms Part Of The Largest Social Accommodation In Malta

Minister for Social and Affordable Accommodation, Roderick Galdes visited the works being done on the largest social accommodation project ever in Malta.

The development spanning approximately 10,000 square meters in Ħal Farruġ will include 267 apartments and 300 garages and car spaces. Minister Roderick Galdes highlighted the project’s significance, emphasising its impact on the social accommodation sector, with an investment of €40 million driving this substantial improvement.

In his visit, Minister Galdes also pointed out that this project is aligned with Vision Malta 2050 and highlighted, “”The high quality we are seeing in social accommodation projects is being reflected in the quality of life for the beneficiaries, who require state assistance during that period of their lives. As a government, we are committed to continuing to invest in these quality residences and to stand by these families.”
