Woman At Risk Of Dying After Being Hit By Motorcycle In Tas-Sliema

A 45 year old woman resident of Tas-Sliema was taken to Mater Dei Hospital yesterday at around 1900hrs after she was injured in a traffic incident in Triq Sir Adrian Dingli, Tas-Sliema.
Preliminary investigations showed that the victim was hit by a QJMotor MTX125, which was being driven by a 45 year old man from Bangladesh and resident of Tas-Sliema.
The woman was given preliminary medical aid and was certified as having suffered serious injuries once hospitalised.
Investigations are ongoing.
