Winners Of 4th Edition Of Malta Business Awards Announced

Twenty companies were recognised as Gold Winners during the fourth edition of the Malta Business Awards, held on 8 November at the Mediterranean Conference Centre.

The event highlighted innovation, sustainability, and leadership across various sectors of Malta’s business community.

Among the winners were Merill Rural Network, honoured for Social Impact (up to 25 employees), and MaltaPost plc, which received the Social Impact (26+ employees) award.

MAPFRE Malta earned the Exceptional Wellbeing at the Workplace award, while Brillace Café was recognised for Customer Service Excellence. In culture and the arts, Studjurban received the Local Cultural Contributor award.

Innovation and sustainability were also key themes, with Filament Corporation Ltd winning Innovative and Sustainable Initiative, and STMicroelectronics Malta Ltd awarded Business Leader in Energy and Water Sustainability.

The Leader in Quality Tourism award went to Exclusively Malta Luxury Travel, and Manna EV secured Green Transport Initiative of the Year.

Other Gold Winners included Eden Leisure Group for Best Waste Management Strategy, Bio Aqua Garden Ltd for Innovative Digital Solution, and Extreme Effects and Baldacchino Group as Family Businesses of the Year in their respective categories.

Spaceomix Ltd won Start-Up of the Year, while Joseph Matthew Muscat of 4JM Solutions was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Gozo-based Customize Nation received the Gozo Business of the Year award, Alexandra Sciberras of Invent 3D was named Female Entrepreneur of the Year, FreeHour earned Small Business of the Year, and SIGMA was awarded SME of the Year.
