Wind And Rain Forecasted All Of Week

According to the Malta International Airport weather forecast, the coming days will remain largely windy, with occasional isolated showers and mild temperatures.
Monday will be windy with isolated showers, with temperatures reaching a high of 15°C and dropping to 11°C overnight. Tuesday will remain windy but mostly dry, with highs of 16°C. Conditions will improve slightly on Wednesday, which is expected to be partly cloudy and milder, with temperatures reaching up to 18°C.
Windy and cloudy weather will return on Thursday, followed by isolated showers on Friday. Saturday will again be windy with a chance of showers, while Sunday is forecast to remain windy but largely dry, with temperatures peaking at around 15°C. UV levels are expected to stay low throughout the week.
Meanwhile, as reported by local Facebook group ‘It-Temp Madwarna,’ winds are expected to be a dominant feature throughout the week. Strong west-southwesterly winds (Force 5–6) are forecast today, strengthening significantly to Force 7–8 from the northwest by evening.
Tuesday will remain moderately strong from the northwest, easing slightly on Wednesday. Very strong winds are expected again on Thursday from the west-northwest, with further periods of strengthening winds forecast from Friday through Sunday, shifting mainly between westerly, southwesterly, and northwesterly directions.
This comes after the Civil Protection Department issued a Yellow Weather Warning yesterday evening for strong winds and rough seas.
