What to expect at the Nadur Spontaneous Carnival

Nadur Spontaneous Carnival returns next weekend, taking over the streets of Nadur, Gozo from 13–15 February with three days of unfiltered carnival culture.
Hosted by Malta Daily in collaboration with G7 Events, Nadur Carnival is known for its spontaneous nature, hilarious costumes, sharp social commentary, improvised floats, DJs, music and a level of controlled chaos that has made it one of the most distinctive events on Malta and Gozo’s cultural calendar.
Each year, thousands flock to Nadur to witness a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where satire, humour and current themes collide with music, dance and festival energy. From bold floats to unforgettable characters, nothing truly compares.
Hosted by Malta Daily and supported by the Ministry for Gozo and Planning, the Parliamentary Secretariat for Local Government, the Local Government Division, Visit Malta, Lighthouse Supermarket and the Nadur Local Council, the event remains a key cultural moment for Gozo.
