"We've Just Been Processing": Valentina Rossi & Carlo Gerada Welcome Baby

In a heartfelt story on Instagram, Valentina Rossi, along with Carlo Gerada, spoke about having recently welcomed their baby and the messages asking if they would announce it.

‘Honestly, I haven’t thought much about it, as it has all been very overwhelming’, wrote Rossi. ‘The last thing on my mind was coming on social media to talk about it or thinking about how to announce the birth of our precious gift.’

‘We’re happy and blessed to have our baby with us and healthy, born on the 9th of December at 9am.’

‘From then on we’ve just been processing, learning and taking it all in, as all parents should in these moments, without feeling guilty for not replying to all messages and calls right now.’

Rossi exclaimed gratitude for their midwife Chanelle and all the nurses who guided them every step of the way.

‘Baby is doing great and adjusting to its new environment with us’, continued Rossi. ‘Thank you for all the love we’ve already received, and we’re grateful for this little community we’ve built where we feel it’s okay to just be us and do us.’
