"We Leave No One Alone": Robert Abela Responds To Storm Harry Damages

Speaking to journalists, Robert Abela addressed the damages caused by Storm Harry, stating that asa government “we leave no one alone.”
Following a cyclonic system which entered the Mediterranean two days ago, several localities have experienced devastating damages which left residents and business establishments unusable in some cases.
Prime Minister Abela also mentioned those who work as farmers or fishermen, whose jobs are also affected by Storm Harry.
He clarified that the government will offer support to those in need, including a scheme for residents of localities that experienced damage, farmers, and fishermen, to help with compensation if necessary.
Robert Abela also thanked all the Maltese Authority Forces that ensured the population’s safety during the severe weather, along with those who are now working to clean the streets and public spaces after the storm. He also extended his gratitude to the Maltese and Gozitans for cooperating with authorities.
Although the worst of Storm Harry has now passed, one should still be prepared for heavy rainfall and some more gusts of moderate to strong winds.
