Volt Malta has expressed that "this election, Malta needs more than the usual two-party conversation," advocating for more third-party and independent voices in such large-scale elections.

While Volt Malta shared that they will not be contesting this general election, they will use their voice "to support progressive and moderate third-party and independent voices who stand for democratic reform, transparency, equality, sustainability, social justice, and a stronger European future," allowing minor parties to take centre stage.

They concluded by remarking that "our democracy is stronger when voters hear more ideas, more perspectives, and more credible alternatives beyond the two parties in parliament today," encouraging the Maltese population to acknowledge the role such parties can play in fostering a healthy future for the Maltese nation.
