Villa Corinthia Welcomes 2026 With New Year’s Eve Dinner by Francesco Mazzei

Ring in 2026 in true grand style at Villa Corinthia, where elegance, fine dining and live music come together for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration.

Set within the splendour of Corinthia Palace, this exclusive evening promises a refined alternative to the usual NYE chaos.

Guests are invited to indulge in an opulent, nine-course dinner crafted by acclaimed chef Francesco Mazzei, accompanied by the smooth sounds of a live six-piece band.

The night begins with an Italian aperitivo, Mazzei-style, setting the tone for what follows: a meticulously curated gastronomic journey inspired by Italian tradition and seasonal luxury. The menu opens with refined stuzzichino before moving into a show-stopping langoustine trio, served as delicate carpaccio with puntarelle, roasted to perfection, and finished with a warming spicy soup.

A decadent lobster risotto with caviar follows, and then a refreshing lemon sgroppino. Guests will then be treated to hand-made tortellini in capon broth, elevated with the richness of “De Bartoli” Marsala wine.

The main course showcases Italian comfort at its finest: roasted fillet of veal paired with ossobuco cannelloni, enhanced by Norcia truffle and winter vegetables.

Dessert is a celebration in itself, a luscious pistachio torrone semifreddo with Madagascar vanilla sauce and wild berry coulis, followed by an irresistible selection of Sicilian homemade piccola pasticceria.
