Valletta Visitors Welcomed By This Year's Christmas Tree

Ahead of an official lighting up next Tuesday, this year’s Valletta Christmas tree has been unveiled.

Local artist Henry Galea was chosen to design this year’s tree, working alongside creative collaborators Jason Zerafa and Ryan Pillow to bring the concept to life. Adding another layer of uniqueness, this year’s tree is also scented, creating a multi sensory festive experience for visitors.

Speaking exclusively to Malta Daily, Henry expressed one heartfelt wish: that the public appreciates and respects this piece of art, recognising the cultural significance and dedication behind it.

This year’s edition of Valletta’s festive programme will officially begin on November 25 at 6pm, with the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas lights and the unveiling of The Munita Christmas Tree.
