Valletta’s Christmas Tree Named Among World’s Best By Pubity

In a new post shared by Pubity entitled ‘The Best Christmas Trees From Around The World,’ Valletta’s Munita Christmas tree got the spotlight for over 41.9 million followers.
The post, which shared photos of trees from New York, Rome, Seoul, London and Hong Kong, features this year iconic tree, created by Henry Galea and his team along with the Valletta Cultural Agency.
The tree was inspired by the iconic Maltese coin (‘munita’), with the ornaments created by Mediterranean Ceramics.
The ornaments capture the essence of the Maltese Lira coins, which had emblems of the ballotra and Merrill among others engraved upon them.
