Valletta Comes Alive In First Long Weekend Of December

This past weekend was the first extra long weekend for the month of December 2025, and Valletta came alive with visitors, music and festivity.
Tikka Banda brought jubilation to the capital city, with people joining in on the musical fun as they visited to do their shopping or go sight seeing.
This forms part of the Christmas activities programme by the Valletta Cultural Agency, with much more planned for the Christmas season.
