Two Under-18 Persons Committed Suicide Between 2022 & 2025 In Malta

According to a parliamentary question response, it was revealed that between 2022 and 2025, there were two cases of suicide concerning persons aged under 18.
Minister Byron Camilleri revealed that both were boys, one aged 16 and the other aged 17. Both took place in the year 2023.
According to other information tabled in parliament, 2025 saw 30 victims of suicide, the youngest of whom was 21 years old. The oldest was 76 years old.
The question was tabled by PN MP Ivan Bartolo.
