Two Teens Rescued By AFM Vessel In Rough Gozo Seas

Yesterday evening, the Rescue Coordination Centre received a report that two teenagers were in difficulty while attempting to come ashore at Xatt l-Aħmar, Għajnsielem, Gozo, due to rough sea conditions.
‘While one of the teenagers made it to shore, an Armed Forces of Malta vessel carried out the rescue of the other person in difficulty who was then handed over to Gozo General Hospital ambulance for further medical assistance’, the AFM reported.
Footage shared by Talk News shows the moment the vessel made it to the area and conducted the rescue operation.
