Tuna Matsuri Returns To AKI For An Interactive Dining Experience

AKI Valletta is set to host the return of Tuna Matsuri on 12 June, offering guests a unique opportunity to experience the artistry and precision behind one of Japan’s most celebrated culinary traditions.
Led by AKI’s specialist sushi chef, the exclusive evening will take diners on a carefully curated tasting journey showcasing a variety of tuna cuts, textures and flavours.
The event aims to highlight the craftsmanship involved in preparing and presenting premium tuna, with each course designed to celebrate the ingredient’s versatility.
The menu will feature a tuna cut showcase, tuna bone tasting, tuna hand rolls, tuna uramaki, an O-toro bowl and Chu-toro nigiri, giving guests the chance to sample different parts of the fish and appreciate their distinct characteristics.
The experience will begin at 7pm, with guests invited to arrive from 6.30pm. Tickets are priced at €60 per person.
Described as an expression of flavour, precision and craft, Tuna Matsuri promises an immersive evening dedicated to Japanese culinary excellence.
