Tourism Minister Jo Etienne Abela Meets PN Shadow Minister Alex Perici Calascione to Discuss Tourism Sector

Tourism Minister Jo Etienne Abela has held a meeting with Nationalist Party Shadow Minister for Tourism Alex Perici Calascione to discuss the future of Malta's tourism sector and ways to continue improving the country's tourism product.

Sharing details of the meeting on social media, Minister Abela described the discussion as a positive one, saying both sides exchanged ideas on how the sector can continue to develop while maintaining harmony and respect for the people of Malta and Gozo.

The minister said the meeting focused on strengthening the tourism industry and ensuring that future improvements to Malta's tourism product are made with the interests of residents in mind.

"It was a pleasure to meet with colleague Alex Perici Calascione, the Shadow Minister for Tourism. We had a very good discussion to continue improving the sector and the tourism product in harmony and with respect for the citizens of Malta and Gozo," Abela wrote.
