Today Is World Teachers Day
International
Today, the 5th October, is dedicated to the people who bring up generation after generation into the world… our dear teachers!
World Teachers Day aims to raise awareness about the importance of the role played by teachers all over the world.
Not an easy career, teaching is the task responsible for shaping youth into the future adults and citizens that they are to become.
Whether teaching specific subjects or simply being there to offer advice and support in times of hardship, teaching deserves all the attention, love and backing it needs to ensure every student comes away with everything they can learn.
School has also resumed in Malta, so let’s make sure to remind teachers returning to work just how important their work is!
