“Time To Give St Luke’s & Karin Grech Hospital New Life”, Says Ian Borg

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health Ian Borg visited St Luke’s Hospital and Karin Grech Hospital, saying that they should not remain a chapter of the past.
‘The time has come to give them new life’, said Borg, as he met the staff and patients at the hospitals.
St Luke’s Hospital ceased to be Malta’s main general hospital in 2007 after it was replaced by Mater Dei Hospital.
