TikToker Who Guesses People’s Jobs On Ladder Wins Creator Of The Year

Max Klymenko was crowned Creator of the Year at the second annual TikTok Awards, held at Magazine London and hosted by AJ Odudu.
The 29-year-old is best known for his career ladder series, which he describes as the most popular non-animated show worldwide.
In the series, Max sets up a stepladder in public spaces and invites strangers to join him on it while he guesses their careers through a series of yes or no questions.
Originally from Ukraine, Max moved to the UK 14 years ago. He explained that his content began as a way to cope with the difficulty of finding employment and to help others explore career opportunities.
His videos have earned him 8.5 million followers, and he dedicated his award to his grandmother in Ukraine, who has no electricity to follow his content.
Accepting the golden ladder from last year’s winner, Kyra-Mae Turner, Max highlighted the effort behind every TikTok.
He explained that content creation requires hours of work, even for material that might appear casual when scrolling.
Max’s achievement reflects both his creativity and his perseverance, turning a personal challenge into a platform that entertains millions while inspiring others to explore their own career paths.
