TikToker Cooking World Foods Tries Out ‘Stuffat Tal-Fenek’

TikToker ‘tastesfromtheroad’, who boasts over 151.6K followers on the platform, recently shared a video trying his hand at Rabbit Stew, known in Maltese as ‘Stuffat Tal-Fenek’.
The video shows you the process of cooking the rabbit stew, whilst laying down some historical information about the Mediterranean island.
The video highlights the colonial history of Malta, having been colonised by over a dozen major empires, as well as the language and culinary mixes that shaped the Malta we know today.
He described the rabbit meat as a cross between chicken and veal, calling the broth deep and rich.
