THIS WEEK: The Isle of MTV Malta Music Week Starts This Wednesday!

The countdown is almost over! In just two days, Isle of MTV Malta Music Week 2026 officially gets underway, bringing five days of world-class music, unforgettable parties and summer celebrations to some of Malta's most iconic venues.

The action begins this Wednesday 22nd July with the highly anticipated Isle of MTV Malta concert at Il-Fosos, Floriana, headlined by global pop superstar Katy Perry, dance music icon Afrojack and Maltese sensation AIDAN, alongside an exciting line-up of local talent. Once the concert comes to a close, the celebrations continue with the Official Afterparty as Afrojack takes over under his Kapuchon alias.

The excitement doesn't stop there. Thursday sees the Malta Music Week Boat Party set sail, before Friday welcomes electronic duo NERVO to Gianpula Main Room for a special G7 Fridays event. On Saturday, GORDO takes over Café del Mar, before the week concludes on Sunday with the Toy Room Beach Club Pool Party featuring UK rap legend Dizzee Rascal.

With thousands expected to attend throughout the week, Isle of MTV Malta Music Week is once again set to be one of the biggest highlights of the island's summer calendar.
