This is your gentle weather reminder that Malta is still experiencing some of the hottest temperatures of the year.
Marking the first heatwave of summer 2026, temperatures are set to feel as hot as 42°C today, with that persisting into the rest of the week until at least Wednesday.
The end of the week is set to calm down a bit, with temperatures dropping to around 34 to 35°C.
A heat warning is still in effect however, with health authorities urging people to take the necessary precautions during the intense weather.
