There Are Over 3,800 Farmers Registered In Malta

According to information tabled in parliament, as of the end of February 2026, there were 3,867 farmers registered with Jobsplus.
Of these, the number of farmers registered as full-time amounted to 1,052.
Meanwhile, there were 873 farmers registered as part-time with this being their main occupation. The number of farmers registered as part-time farmers but whose main employment is another full-time job amounted to 1,975.
