There Are 985 Registered Jet Skis In Malta

According to information tabled in parliament by Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Public Works Chris Bonett, there are 985 jet skis registered under the Small Ships Register.
Of these, 272 are commercially certified, and of these 152 are active.
‘For a jet ski to be rented out, it must comply with the Commercial Vessels Regulations, which include the process for obtaining a Water Sports Operator’s Licence and adherence to the related terms and conditions that must be observed by the water sports operator.’
