Ten Scooters Impounded In One Night After Being Found Unregistered & Uninsured

Last night, Transport Malta’s Operational Response Team and Clamping Unit carried out various checks in a number of localities.
These included BIrżebbuġa, Marsaxlokk, Sliema and St Julian’s. During the inspections, ten scooters were impounded after they were found to be unregistered and uninsured.
‘Registration, license and insurance are essential requirements. These checks help ensure scooters using our roads meet those requirements and reinforce the importance of responsible road use.’
