Sustainability Networking Conference: This 27th June!

The Energy and Water Agency invites you to the 3rd edition of the Sustainability Networking Conference, taking place on 27th June at 9:00 AM at The Notch Conference Centre, San Ġwann Malta.
This year’s conference theme is “Building Synergies between Water and Energy for Sustainable Solutions,” aligned with the LIFE IP Project. The conference will focus on four key areas:
• The energy-water nexus
• Identifying challenges encountered in the workplace
• Showcasing solutions through case studies of successful sustainable models
• Encouraging behavioural change in the workplace

The objective of the LIFE IP Project is to raise awareness about the scarcity of Malta’s natural water resources and promote sustainability to drive behavioural change among younger generations and the public. As part of this project the Energy and Water Agency offers Sustainability Training Courses which aims to support the corporate and government sectors by creating a positive impact in the workplace, raising awareness of their role in sustainability, and promoting employee well-being. The programme offers practical ideas for sustainable solutions to encourage behavioural change across the workforce sector. This marks the sixth year of this project.
The conference will feature presentations from both local and international speakers, along with panel discussions designed to initiate conversation and explore potential sustainable solutions for workplaces. The latter part of the conference will be dedicated to a structured networking session.
