SUMMERLUST 90’S EDITION RETURNS TO GĦAXAQ WITH LEGENDARY DANCE ICONS

• This summer, on the 23 rd of May, music lovers are invited to step back in time as Summer Lust – 90’s Edition takes over Għaxaq Grounds for what promises to be the ultimate throwback celebration. Bringing together legendary artists, iconic dance anthems, and an electric open-air atmosphere, the event is set to become the biggest 90s party of the year.

For one unforgettable night, fans will relive the golden era of Eurodance and club classics with a powerhouse international lineup. Headlining the event are German dance legends Culture Beat, the global hitmakers behind the timeless anthem “Mr. Vain.” Known for dominating charts worldwide throughout the 1990s, Culture Beat will bring their signature high-energy performance back to the stage.

Joining them are chart-topping duo La Bouche, whose unforgettable hits “Be My Lover” and “Sweet Dreams” became defining tracks of the decade. Their infectious hooks and powerful stage presence continue to ignite dance floors around the world. Italian dance icons Prezioso & Marvin will also take to the stage, performing their club classic “Tell Me Why” along with other high-energy favourites that shaped 90s nightlife across Europe.

Adding to the nostalgia-fuelled atmosphere, Malta’s own Ryan Spiteri will deliver a powerful throwback set packed with the decade’s biggest dancefloor fillers. The night will culminate in a closing classics set by DJ Ruby alongside internationally acclaimed Tenishia, promising euphoric beats and hands-in-the-air moments until the very last track.

Summer Lust – 90’s Edition is not only a celebration of music but also a community-driven event. General entrance is free against a donation in aid of Dar Bjorn, supporting their invaluable work within the community.
