Sliema Sports Day 2026 Bringing Fitness & Family Activities To Qui-Si-Sana

Sports, fitness and family fun will take centre stage during Sliema Sports Day 2026, taking place on Sunday, 11th October at George Bonello Du Puis Gardens in Qui-Si-Sana.
The morning event will offer activities for people of all ages and fitness levels, with participants invited to run, walk, exercise, play sports or simply enjoy the atmosphere with family and friends.
The day will begin at 6:30am with a yoga and stretching session, followed by a 5KM Run & Walk at 7:30am.

From 9:00am until 12:00pm, attendees can take part in a range of activities, including circuit training powered by Fort Fitness, basketball, table tennis, chess and dedicated activities for children and families.
The Sliema Marching Band will also perform between 11:00am and 12:00pm, adding to the community atmosphere of the event.
Organisers are encouraging residents and visitors to join the event, whether they are looking to stay active, spend time outdoors or support fellow participants.
“Set your alarm, put on your trainers and bring your family” is the message from organisers ahead of the event.
