Sean Gravina Bids Farewell To Crust

Maltese chef Sean Gravina has bid farewell to Crust after over a decade of dedication to the business.
Gravina shared that "round a year ago, my partners and I made the decision to put Crust on the market for a number of reasons. In February 2026, we officially listed the business and within a month it was sold. Last week, we signed the final documents and closed that chapter" which lasted more than a decade.
He argued that Crust "was never just a business to me; it was a project that carried a huge part of my life, energy, passion, and dreams," making it a vocation to which he dedicated himself entirely.
Gravina thanked "every customer who walked through our doors, supported us, recommended us, celebrated with us, and believed in what we were trying to create," showing gratitude to all those who made this experience one to remember.
