School To Proceed As Normal On June 1st, Says Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education has released a statement informing parents, educators, and school administration that on June 1st, the day after the election, school is expected to proceed as normal.
They clarified that “all schools will operate in a normal manner and the school day will take place as scheduled.”
The Ministry also emphasised that they never informed schools or transport services that these same services can be changed or suspended.
For this reason, the Ministry clarified that school transport is expected to provide services as contracted.
