Sarah Bonnici shared more photos from behind the scenes of her visual album launch ‘something I had to lose’ at Teatru Manoel.

“This project holds over a year of my life. Writing, producing, recording instruments and vocals, re-recording and re-mixing tracks more times than I can count, so many shoot days, rehearsals, meetings, edits, planning, stress”, she wrote. “And everything else life decided to throw in between. all leading to this one moment.”

“And then we premiered the album… and somehow it all went by so fast. I almost found it hard to let myself feel everything while it was happening.”

“It’s been a week now, and i’d really prepared myself for all kinds of emotions. I think because similar moments in my life have often left me wondering whether all the work was worth it. feeling a little empty. Wondering what came next.”

“But this time, my heart just feels really full.”
