Sarah Bajada Reflects On One Year Of Alex Borg As PN Leader

‘It’s been a year since Alex was chosen as leader… and boy, has it been a ride’, wrote Sarah Bajada, to mark her partner’s one year anniversary since taking charge of the Nationalist Party.

‘A year of sacrifices, challenges, long nights and many moments where we had to put parts of our own lives on hold to focus on a mission we both truly believed in’, she wrote.

‘It hasn’t always been easy, but the best part of this journey will always be the people. The conversations, the stories, the homes we’ve been welcomed into and the incredible people we’ve met along the way have made every sacrifice worthwhile.’

‘We’ve grown, we’ve learnt and we’ve experienced moments we’ll carry with us forever. One year later, I’m proud of how far we’ve come together but even more excited for everything that is still ahead of us.’
