Sarah Bajada Opens Up About Leaving Sam Out Of Election Campaign

In a heartfelt post on social media, partner of Nationalist Party leader Alex Borg, Sarah Bajada, opened up about leaving her son Sam out of the election campaign.

‘Around two weeks ago this new adventure began’, wrote Sarah. ‘This campaign was full of events, meetings, interviews and meeting different people.’

‘But through it all, nothing ever took time away from our little monkey’, she said, referring to her son Sam. ‘Sam is still very young, and both Alex and I strongly feel that mass meetings and political activities are not the right environment for him at this stage.’

‘So we both made the decision to keep him away from that side of things and simply let him enjoy being a child. And enjoy quality time with us how he knows best.’

In the rest of her post, she elaborated about the campaign trail, how she tries to show behind the scenes but also how she is using platforms like her new podcast to shed light on real issues.
