Sandra Gauci Hints At Break From Politics After 2026 Election

ADPD Chairperson Sandra Gauci has hinted at taking a break from politics following this past weekend’s general election.
Gauci said that ADPD and Momentum managed to acquire 8,000 votes between them, saying that this signals a strengthening of the third party voice.
However, she added that she now needs a break and she will be taking it after a very stressful month. Thanking everyone for the support, she said that she did not give up easy on the vote counts and that she didn’t take it as bad she thought she would.
She encouraged more young people to seek the political route, especially young women as her road, at least for now, ‘ends here.’
