Ryanair To Operate 4 New Routes From/To Malta In Summer 2026

Ryanair has unveiled four exciting new summer routes from Malta for 2026, connecting the island with Gothenburg, Newcastle, Palma and Tirana.
These additions will expand the airline’s network to 70 routes in total and offer even greater choice for Maltese travellers and inbound visitors alike.
The new services are complemented by increased frequencies on more than 40 popular routes, including Milan, Vienna, London, Krakow, Zagreb, Madrid, Dublin and Bratislava.
Backing this expansion, Ryanair will retain its ninth Malta-based aircraft into Summer 2026, representing a $900 million investment in Maltese tourism and connectivity.
The record-breaking schedule is expected to boost annual passenger traffic by 20 per cent to six million in 2026, while supporting over 4,700 local jobs, including 30 new highly skilled roles for pilots and cabin crew.
To celebrate the launch of its four new routes and ninth based aircraft, Ryanair has introduced a three-day seat sale, with fares from just €29.99, available to book now via the Ryanair app.
