Rock In The Forest Returns To Ta’ Qali With 2026 Edition

Rock in The Forest will return on Friday 21 August 2026, with this year’s edition taking place at the Greek Amphitheatre in Ta’ Qali National Park. Doors will open at 7.30pm for an evening featuring classic rock favourites alongside more contemporary music.

The live concert will include performances inspired by artists including Guns N’ Roses, Green Day, Ghost, Pink Floyd, Yungblud, Black Sabbath and Queen, among others.

Organisers said this year’s event will support the Sigma Foundation, which is involved in a range of charitable initiatives and projects both locally and overseas.

The event will feature live music suitable for all ages, with bars and food stalls operating throughout the evening. Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis, alongside standing areas and parking facilities.

Rock in The Forest 2026 is being co-hosted by the Sigma Foundation and supported by Festivals Malta and Malta National Park.

The confirmed line-up includes musicians such as Georgius Mifsud on vocals and guitars, Jeanelle Newell, David Ellul Mercer, Sarah De’ Marco, Kristina Perotti on drums and percussion, Franco Aloisio on drums and percussion, Cliff Smith on bass guitar, Sergio Bellizzi on keyboards, and guitarists Max Paget, Mario Saliba and Carl Tanti.

Special guests will include Gianni Zammit, Thea Aquilina and Janice Debattista on vocals. Children under 13 will be admitted free of charge.
