Rock for Richmond Returns for Seventh Edition with Top Local Artists Supporting Mental Health

Rock for Richmond is set to return for its seventh edition, bringing together some of Malta’s top local artists for an evening of live music in support of mental health services.
The annual fundraising concert organised by Richmond Foundation will take place on Saturday, 18 July 2026, at the Greek Amphitheatre in Ġnien l-Ġħarusa tal-Mosta. This year’s event will feature performances by Brodu, Djun, Karmaġenn, and Mariele Zammit, offering audiences a diverse lineup of local talent while raising awareness and funds for an important cause.
Rock for Richmond has become a key event supporting the work of Richmond Foundation, Malta’s leading mental health non-profit organisation, which has been providing community-based support, individual sessions, interventions, advocacy, and awareness initiatives for more than 30 years.
The event aims to unite people through music while creating a supportive environment focused on mental wellbeing. Richmond Foundation CEO Daniela Calleja Bitar described Rock for Richmond as a unique event that combines music and mental health in a relaxed and community-driven setting.
“Rock for Richmond brings music and mental health together in a down-to-earth event with a genuine community feel that’s difficult to find elsewhere,” she said.
Calleja Bitar also expressed gratitude to the artists, sponsors, attendees, and contributors who continue to make the event possible, adding that every ticket purchased provides valuable support for Richmond Foundation’s mission of advocating for and delivering quality mental health services in Malta.
This year, proceeds from the event will also contribute towards Richmond Foundation’s mission in Kenya, where a team of staff and volunteers will travel during the summer to provide support to communities in need. The initiative aims to promote mental wellbeing, strengthen local services, and create positive change for children, young people, and vulnerable communities.
Doors for Rock for Richmond 2026 will open at 7:30pm, with attendees invited to enjoy a night of music while supporting a meaningful cause. Tickets and further information are available through Richmond Foundation’s official website.
