Prime Minister Robert Abela is expected to begin forming his new Cabinet of Ministers following Labour's victory in the 2026 general election.
Abela was sworn in for another term on Monday after leading the party to a historic fourth consecutive electoral win.
The cabinet formation process will see ministers assigned responsibility for key government portfolios, including finance, health, education and foreign affairs.
The appointments will determine the government's leadership team and policy direction for the new legislature as the administration prepares to implement its electoral programme.
