Robert Abela Meets Gozitan Chef Leading New York Restaurant Kitchen

Prime Minister Robert Abela, whilst in the US for the United Nations General Assembly, had the chance to meet Gozitan chef Giovann Attard, who today leads the kitchen at Aqua Roma in New York.
‘His journey began with his studies at ITS, and together with his talent, determination and ambition, has taken him all the way to New York, making Gozo and Malta proud beyond our shores’, wrote the Prime Minister.
Attard gave Abela a tour of the restaurant behind the scenes, explaining to him the process of the work in the busy US city.
