Robert Abela Honours The Memory Of Elio Lombardi

Following the sad passing of Elio Lombardi, a Maltese author and film director, Prime Minister Robert Abela has issued a statement sharing his condolences.
"Elio Lombardi was a person of resilience who never gave up," he stated on his Facebook, "He would carry out every project with a lot of love, especially in the film industry."
"As is deserved, for his contribution eves as a writer, we've honoured him in the name of Malta," continued Prime Minister Abela.
"Today we commemorate his memory and give condolences to his family, that was very special to him."
The funeral will be taking place on the 8th of April in Qawra at 8:30am. Rather than flowers, the family are asking for donations to be made in aid of Puttinu Cares.
