The road which was closed after a car crashed into an abandoned building in Ħ’Attard has officially been reopened.

Yesterday, civil protection and other officials were on site to remove the vehicle, with the mayor, Stefan Cordina, sharing photos of the ongoing work.

Video sent to this newsroom shows the road having been reopened to commuters after extensive safety checks.

The vehicle, a Kia Picanto, was crashed by a 16 year old on the 2nd of July. A 13 year old was riding passenger in the vehicle.
