Jasper, a little pup found along with a litter in very poor conditions, is now finding his voice.
Little Jasper went from being in a very poor state to getting the intensive care he needs. And now he is thanking his guardians with some newfound howling!
‘It hasn’t been an easy journey. As the weakest of the litter, every small step has been hard won’, explained MSPCA.
Jasper was part of ‘another accidental litter. Another mother needing help. Another reminder that rescue alone will never solve the problem.’
‘Unless we tackle the root cause through responsible neutering, the cycle will continue and will forever be a strain on shelter resources.’
