Raħal Ġdid Residents To Get Discounted Hypogeum Tickets This September 12th

Councillors Darren Lynch and Roderick Caruana have announced a new initiative for an upcoming visit to one of the world’s oldest sites situated in Malta, the Hypogeum.

Lynch explained that the underground site, due to its age and delicate status, can only welcome a number of visitors at a time. For this reason, Caruana came up with an initiative to give the opportunity for locals, especially residents of Raħal Ġdid, to visit.

Residents of Raħal Ġdidi will get discounted prices, with €15 for adults and €10 for youth for this one opportunity. The councillors urged anyone who is interested to take the opportunity to visit the site, which dates farther back than the pyramids of Giza themselves.
