Project Green Launches Tree-Planting Initiative Across Malta and Gozo

Project Green has launched a new initiative inviting field and landowners in Malta and Gozo to take part in a nationwide tree-planting programme. Landowners can register their interest online, and Project Green will provide the trees free of charge.

The scheme aims to promote environmental sustainability, improve climate resilience, and create greener, healthier communities. It also seeks to strengthen collaboration between local communities and environmental stakeholders.

Chief Executive Officer Joseph Cuschieri said: “This initiative enables large-scale afforestation projects through partnerships with landowners, helping to improve the quality of life in our communities.”
