President’s Office Opens Call For Performers In 2025/26 Cultural Programme

The Office of the President is inviting local performers to take part in the 2025/26 Cultural Programme at San Anton Palace.

Running from October to May, the programme will showcase concerts and performances selected by a panel of experts.

This season focuses on the “Four Es”: Environment, Emotions, Egalitarianism, and Education. Performances may include soloists or ensembles of up to five, covering woodwind, strings, brass, percussion, and voice, with repertoire ranging from early to contemporary music particularly works by Maltese composers.

Mid-level students are also encouraged to apply.

The Office of the President will cover most organisational costs, including invitations, a post-performance reception, basic technical support, and publicity. Additional requirements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Interested performers should submit a statement of interest explaining why they should be considered by the selection panel.
