President Receives Prime Minister, Opposition Leader, And other Officials For Festive Greetings

H.E Myriam Spitrei Debono, President of Malta, welcomed national leaders, important members of parliament, and other officials at the presidential Palace in Valetta for an exchange of festive greetings.

Prime Minister Robert Abela was in attendance with his wife, Lydia Abela, and their daughter Giorgia Mae.

Opposition leader Alex Borg and his partner Sarah Bajada were also present, along with Anġlu Farrugia, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna.

Other important officials in attendance include members of parliament, Mark Chetcuti, the Chief Justice of Malta, members of the Judiciary, Principal Permanent Secretary, Tony Sultana, permanent secretaries, Police Commissioner Angelo Gafà, and the Commander of the Armed Forces of Malta, Brigadier Clinton J. O’Neill.
