Possible Rain Showers Might Hit Malta Today!

We might be in for a surprise bout of rain today!
According to the Meteorological Office, there is a slight chance of possible rain showers today in the afternoon.
This comes as we get partly cloudy weather ahead of a very hot and sunny weekend ahead, with temperatures climbing to around 35°C.
These are known as the Għarajjex ta’ Santa Marija, a Maltese expression referring to the cloudy, unsettled and sometimes rainy weather that can occur around the Feast of Santa Marija, celebrated on 15 August.
